I have used similar vacuum bags before so I know what to expect. We needed some more, so I got this product which has an assortment of sizes that will be very useful.First thing I noticed is that these bags seem to use thinner plastic sheets. But, that didn't seem to impact the performance.Bags come with sealing clips. After you fill the bag and seal it with your fingers, you run these clips along the seal (while pressing the clip tight) to make sure that the seal is effective.I stuffed 4 sweatshirts into a bag closed it with fingers first and sealed it tight by running the clip 4 times along the seal. Then I removed the blue plastic cap and used a vacuum cleaner to extract the air out. It took just seconds for all the air to come out.I have also used one of these bags to roll up a memory foam mattress. I don't want to go in detail here, but you will find instructions on the Internet. It worked great for that purpose too.Overall I am very happy with this product.
