My friends and I made venison sausage about 2 months ago. We used these rolls to make bags and vacuum packed about 50 bags of sausage. It all worked great in our vacuum packing machine. I bought 2 more rolls after we used up the original order. They are a great deal and really good value for the money. They seemed to be a heavier weight/thickness over the ones I have used in the past.
