Pre made makes it easySo far every bag I have used has survived in the freezer for months. There is an easy-to-rip-open indent in the bags which can be snagged easily causing air to leak in but nothing of much concern. Does not handle bones well so you may need to cover them, a clean piece of wax paper works well.Very easy to use!!I freeze many foods for later use with my Food Saver. These bags are not quite as thick as the brand name Food Saver bags, but they do the job.Good thickness for food protection against freezer burn.
