No Operating instructions, no literature what so ever. I ordered two of these only to receive them in boxes that looked to have been drug through the rubble of a war zone. Every piece of plastic on the units are broken ie. exhaust diffusers, cooling fans and guards. I plugged them both in to see if they still worked but nothing. there isn't even an on/off switch, just a hardwired plug. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Waste of money and time! would not let me submit with zero stars so i had to give one.
