I’m using to seal new concrete floors throughout my home and could not be happier with this product. I love the matte finish and the fact that my concrete colors are not changed. It creates the smooth silky finish that I was looking for. It’s done a wonderful job on my light kitchen floor preventing stains from spills and drips. I find that two coats works best for me. Am purchasing more as I lay more concrete micro topping in the rest of my home.Almost forgot one of the big reasons I gave this sealer a try, water bases, no odor and VIC compliant!
