It Would suck out the nipple with the areola when what is needed is only the nipple being pumped out and leaving the areola flat.These are of excellent quality though and I kept them for cupping!They are much better than the other smaller ones, which look the same and are the correct size for the function but the smaller version breaks easy.Unfortunately, I was told that a foto of then being used or video would not be allowed ) :
