I used these as instructed but they did not keep my wine fresh. I opened a bottle, and three days later it tasted horrible. Also, know that your opened bottle will likely not fit in your wine fridge using these as they are very tall.Don’t buy these. Both of them broke very quickly - one right away and the other a few weeks later. It came apart and stuck in the bottle so the only way to get the wine out was to push it down into the bottle. I went online to return and my window was up.Bought these last year for holiday gift. I was told this week how much my son and his wife are enjoying it. They said it works great.You can definitely pump the air out of the bottle, but as the gasses build in the bottle, you have to pump them out again or the cap will easily come off.
