I thought it would be two wires bonded together as one with the two sticking out each end like normal wiring. The picture should be expanded to show that there are two separate wires.Only disappointment is that it's made in China, but works just fine.Took the Renogy controller off of the Renogy solar suitcase and mounted it in the RV battery compartment. (Battery compartment is well ventilated.)Cut the battery clips off the battery cables that came with the solar suitcase and added circular connectors and bolted that cable on the battery terminals and connected other end to the Renogy controller.I'm running this cable from the controller, now mounted in the RV battery compartment, out the bottom of the RV battery box and then out to the Renogy solar suitcase.They come as separate cables, so I did have to spend some time zip tying them together, but really no big deal.Got this extension wire with preinstalled mc4 connectors on either ends. Works as expected. No issues connecting and disconnecting the lines. Minus one star as it would have been better if the red and black cords were fused versus separated. No point having the lines separated as it just makes for more of a tangled mess. Also be aware that the wires are pretty stiff (not very pliable).Easy fix was to zip tie portions along the 20ft to keep the two cables together.Would buy again if neededWire seems good quality. Connectors work well and waterproofing seems solid. I’m going to assume it is 100% copper, but have no way to non destructively verify. The wire is not very flexible, so isn’t the easiest to handle for portable use cases with frequent setup/take down, but would be no problem for permanent or semi-permanent use. High strand count high flexibility wire is a bit more expensive, so, for the cost, this is a reasonable shortcoming.The cable themselves seemed of decent quality. Unfortunately, one of them arrived with a broken connector, so I returned the order.It’s a shame that cost, time and effort were wasted. Either Renogy has to improve quality control or USPS has to improve handling/delivery. It would probably be best if Renogy used a less brittle plastic for the connectors, perhaps something more like rigid rubber.Since my Renogy solar panel arrived shattered, I won’t be reordering either item. I’ll look to pick both items up locally.You cannot go wrong by buying renogy products everything that I bought the entire solar system for my RV is renogy and I would buy it over and over again throughout the years because it is great stuff easy to install I did it myself and I'm a girl hahaFantastic solution when you want to charge your camper’s battery while your camper is in the shade and you want to put the panels on the sun
