My FR900 had a set and these types of sealers are about useless for printing expiration lot and manufactured dates. They are so difficult and fidgety to set them up. There are 3 sections where you could use one each for say sealing coffee bags (MFG for roast day, EXP for best by and LOT for which roast of the day. The problem is, you don't have enough numbers. AND, unless you have some magic trick, it takes 30mins or more to make a change.To change, loosen one screw & remove one screw to get the upper shield off. Remove the two screws on the end pulley wheel so you can pull off the nylon belts by removing the pulleys (you might stretch them but you will likely drastically shorten the belt life). Then, remove the print head wheel screw and lift up compressing the spring. It will then pull off. Now 30 minutes of fiddling with the letters and numbers.To change the print, use the tool to unscrew the threaded washer that squeezes a black O-ring used to hold the letters in the print wheel. I find fixing one of the three sections at a time and using tape to keep them from falling out as you do the next 2 sections. Keep the tape on until you get the threaded washer back in place.An alternate set up is what I did, figure I'd set it up once for a message that won't change day to day (because changing numbers that often is not practical nor do you have enough numbers for dates.Well, guess what, you also don't have enough spaces/blanks or letters (one alphabet excluding the 3 each, EXP, LOT (O is actually a 0) and MFG.So to come up with anything meaningful, I had to buy a complete additional set (this) to go with the print wheel that came on the FR900.In my opinion, the numbers and letters are totally inadequate. We use letters to build words and need a bunch. If our language was more symbol for a syllable or word, 104 choices might be very good.Overall, with two days planning, building, reconfiguring, making extra spaces/fillers by grinding superfluous letters & numbers and a spare kit, I could make something of value for me.Use the tape trick (3 short pieces - one for each section) and you may not need as much time not get as aggravated.Overall - these print wheels are more trouble than they are worth. I would have preferred the grooved wheel or the other one that are never included - but I can't find them on Amazon.So yeah, if you want to use the print wheel in English, I'll go out on a limb here, it will take a bunch of creativity and at least two kits (or the original + a second).---P.S. - the letters are set up wrong in the seller's photos... The way they are shown they won't print MFG, LOT, or EXP...
