This appears to be one of the few impulse sealers for general consumer use available at the time of this writing on Amazon with shipping directly from an Amazon warehouse.It works consistent, appears reasonably sound and sturdy, and is a decent value for a quick solution (in concert with a heatgun) for things such as Easter basket gift projects.
