It is pretty simple install into a shop vacuum. It picks up fine dust particles like drywall debris and concrete drilling debris and was worth buying. The bags do the job as intended to. I would buy again.These fit the 5-8 gallon Shop vac models. When I say "fit" I use the term loosely. They can be made to fit if you have the patience. With a Shop-vac branded bag the cardboard locator slots neatly into the unit and the hose fits through the locator. It takes a few seconds and is easy. With these the cardboard locator slots neatly into the unit and the hose doesn't fit. You have to fiddle around with it, gradually fighting the urge to throw them in the trash. Eventually you can get them to fit but by the time I had managed it I really didn't want to be bothered with the remaining 5 bags.The amount of fiddling around to get them to fit leaves the hose fitting looking like it's questionable, which in turn left me wondering whether the HEPA filtration was worth anything at all or if I'd just get fine dust escaping around where the hose enters the bag. Obviously fine dust is hard to objectively measure but these bags don't inspire confidence the way the branded ones do.They don't seem as strong as the branded bags either. I filled one up more rapidly than I expected with cellulose insulation when my separator proved to be more full than I expected, and even that was enough to split the bag.Overall not really very impressed. I've got space to keep them as a reserve in case I run out of branded bags but don't think I'll be rushing to use them for anything important.It's not as thick as the original's manufacturer.. So. far so good, it allows a good filtration, although you might be careful not to break the bag.This product fits in my shop vac (5-8 gal) size perfectly and is so much cheaper then other brand name bags sold at Home Depot/Lowes. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this item again.I liked the price. They are easy to install and does not reduce suction. Good product!I'm so glad I ordered them. They are just like the ones from Low's or Home depot with the diffrent there are 5 in a Bag and cost least 7$ less. They keep the Dust in the Bag and don't spread! I'm so happy with them. I got a old Dog Rescue and tons of Hair and Sand from Dogs going in and out all Day. With 5 of this bags I got a bargain. Thank you so very much. I will buy again very soon.Purchased these from amazon warehouse for the price. Not as efficient as I though they would be. Used to vacuum soot from my furnace and there was some soot on my new cartridge filter. Have used the shop vac brand general purpose white bags with very little soot on the pleated cartridge filter. They do not seem to reduce suction however. Will use these for general vacuuming.It was a little difficult to figure out how get the rubber to fit over the end of the hose end.most vac have separate contector.but we gotter.Not quite as heavy as the OEM bags but they seem to work OK.Super
