The suction is okay. Still dont understand the point of 1 as that power is just okay. I use 2 for everything but man the dust and dirt build up around the cyclinder of the filter so I have to fish all the chunks out. I think the container is too small should have been bigger to avoid that. Do love the 2 batteries and all the attachments. This was the point of getting it. Had it for a week. So jury is still out honestly. Will provide an update in a month as im still doubtful it will survive based on other reviews but trying to look for an affordable vacuum. Had a dirt devil corded vacuum and the foot plate is broken but I duct tapped it back on so it can act as a backup. I may havw to replace filter to as i never did that but its going to be kept as a backup until im sure about this new vacuum.So light weight. Great for light jobs.Wonderful in our RV.Actually will use in our home too, for quick touch ups. Ok on carpet. On high it sucks up rugs, so use on low suction or shake your rugs.This vacuum is really good about dirt on hardwood floors, but clogged up every time I tried to use it to pick up cat hair. Was really hoping this would work for all the animal hair in my life, but I'll keep it around for tracked in dirt.This is a great product for the money. It has multiple attachments for all your cleaning needs. I had a problem with the motor and Inse replaced it at no charge as still under warranty. I just had to send a quick video showing the problem. Only thing I am not crazy about is the wall hanging system. It’s a bit cheap and does not look good. Definitely room for improvement there. Otherwise I am very pleased with it.I wanted a cordless vacuum after a hip replacement, my corded vacuum was too heavy. I researched, read reviews and this one had the best reviews. I bought the one with 2 batteries included. It is lightweight, and i like the lights on the front of it. It is easy to empty the dust cup. Recently the felt piece underneath fell off. I contacted customer service, I was in contact with Mabel, who was so helpful and friendly. After sending photos of the piece(s) and contact info, a replacement piece, the entire piece, was sent out quickly. I am very satisfied and impressed.Sometimes I have to dig the cat poo out of the little rubber flap that keeps the dirt from falling back out of the canister which is pretty gross. Other than that it is good.Pros - I absolutely love the convenience of battery operated and having a spare battery handy. The vacuum is a breeze to use. My teenager loved not having a cord when she was trying to do chores.Cons - I think there is a serious design flaw with the filter. The heppa filter is in the middle of the collection container with a thin piece of cloth wrapped around it. After just a few minutes of vacuuming, the piece of cloth is covered in dust and so is the heppa filter. To clean them, you have to empty the collection container then pull out the filter assembly. The assembly connects into the collection container on tiny plastic hooks. There is no way those hooks are going to last long if I have to clean the filters after every room I vacuum. Once you have out the filter assembly, you have to twist the heppa filter out of the assembly. No tab or anything to grab onto. When you pull it out, dust is going to fall of the thin cloth all over the place. The whole process is messy but necessary. I live in AZ with a lot of dust. This vacuum cannot handle it. Also, I have 3 cats. Cat hair doesn't fall out of the collection container, you have to go in after it.Summary - if you have a small home without a lot of dust or pet hair, this is your vacuum. If you have a large home, dust, or pets, you might want to try again.So far so good. Good for small quick jobs. I wouldn't think it to replace my Electrolux. It came with 2 batteries and a charger. Don't know why the seller sent a second charger, but thanks.My only complaint would be that the dirt capacity is small. Just have to make sure to empty it between uses. And clean the filter because it can clog up fast, diminishing suction.The batteries seem to hold their charge long enough for several uses before needing to recharge.Came with more than enough accessories for most jobs.I was split between a viomi and inse and I went ahead with inse for the 2 battery packs provided. Very convenient to have a spare charged back up to ensure entire cleaning is completed. Easy to use and handle. You will be amazed at the amount fo dust one lives in. Used it on mattresses, furniture, window grooves and floors... highly recommended if one wants to do away with the saga of staff!I bought the INSE S6P Pro, and I was worried whether it'll have HEPA filter or not, but to my joy, i got not only one attached, but one extra HEPA filter in the box. It takes very less space to keep and 2way storage is awesome. Two battery packs are great. It's very easy to clean hard to reach surfaces, sucction is great, deep cleans evrything, design is well thought. I just love it. Only con: Although it's light, but working continuously with single hand, gives you a good hand exercise and may get tired.Review after using it for more than a week. It's worth the money spent compared to other brands. The additional battery provided is a big plus. Suction is satisfactory. Just felt that the long crevice should have been narrower and had less holes for better suction.Worst product, since may this machine has been repaired twice by the service center and still after getting it machine is not working,felt cheated by Amazon and inse company, no response from the company for replacement or refund.
