We had to wait for our goat's kids to leave before we started milking, so we had this in the closet for 3 weeks. It was a very long delivery date, but actually came earlier. The machine worked ok for about a month and then it started blowing air rather than sucking. We contacted the seller. They said it would be problematic to send the machine back to China so why not get it fixed and they would give us $25 for the fix. We said we do not want this machine, for all we know it will harm our goat now. They said, well, keep it and we will give you $50; this kept going on and one, they wanted a video of the problem. They gave us a website that did not exist to upload it, we continued on and on and on even with a video clearly showing the air bubbles created by this instead of the suck. They said we will give you $75 credit and frankly it was taking up so much of our time, we said ok, get it over with, didn't want to frustration every day...it's had gone on for well over 2 weeks or more. Since one cannot return defective items and they will not refund the whole price, we do not suggest you buy from them.Yes, they said keep the machine. Who wants it if it doesn't work.
