Works wellWe bleached the grout joints first, then applied this sealer. It protects, was easy to apply, and makes my tile floors look like new!Although our grout had not been cleaned in a very long time, this did the job fairly well. I sprayed it on the grout then let it sit for 10-15 minutes before scrubbing it. Unfortunately I had to repeat the process 2-3 times to achieve the results and brightness that was almost as good as the original (on grey and cream grout). There are some areas that required using Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner + Bleach. Another minus is how hard it is to rinse and wipe up the Blue Diamond cleaner.I scrubbed the grout in the bathroom to remove any mold, let it dry, then applied this sealer. Since using this sealer, I have not experienced a mold issue on the grout any longer except on the areas I missed. This product reduced my work to keep a bathroom shower stall clean and sparkling.used this on a concrete backsplash. tricky to apply. the directions weren't as clear as I would have liked. But went to their website and looked on youtube together some tips and the confidence to use this as i needed.This was so easy to use and works great! I used this sealer after cleaning my grout in preparation for adding two puppies to our family. I water tested it several times before the puppies joined us and the water pooled on the grout! Highly recommend!I put three coats on, and dont see it beading water? Not absorbing it either though. I did just take a sponge and cover all the newly grouted installed backsplash kitchen counter tiles. Then three minutes later I wiped it off, per the directions. It says to wipe it off ALL surfaces others than the grout, but it seemed like water and did not present any visible residue where I didnt wipe? Not sure on this one!The product was easy to use.
