My mistake that I didn't read the 220v requirements in the product description so that is not the reason for my poor review. The translation to English in the directions is nearly impossible to comprehend and the pictures need to be clearer to show the strap threading in the tensioner. To top it off, there are NO instructions for the heat sealer such as how long do you wait to insure it seals but doesn't damage the strapping by melting it too much.
