I love my new NutraChef food saver. I have an old on e but could not resist this new slick one. You can also use it with mason jar or canister vacuum kit for preservation. The directions could be a little clearer . You do have to turn a knob to use this way. I figured it out though . It works great and glad I decided to upgrade . It was less expensive than the old one.
