These will fit standard caulk tubes that have threaded tips. Most tubes do not have that feature, but some do, like Flex Glue in the photo, and some Construction adhesives. The tips have an open end which is unfortunate, what were they thinking? I found a fix by heating the end tip with a heat gun and squeezing the end closed with pliers. The little red caps aren't soft enough and don't do a good job of sealing the end shut.
