This devise has a very quiet motor. I had to look at the light to confirm that it was on.The controls were intuitive; and the instructions were well-written.My first dish was lemon garlic salmon. I cooked it for 45 minutes as 123 degrees Fahrenheit ; and it was perfectly done and flaky without being overdone. Plates were as clean as you can get them without using your tongue.
