Joico K-Pak Professional Cuticle Sealer pH Neutraliser smoothes and tightens the cuticle, locking in curl and colour. The formula works to reduce pH swelling to restore hair back to its natural state pH of 4.5 - 5.5. Any sign of swelling or raised cuticle is diminished and it also works to deactivate and remove ammonia and peroxide residues whilst eliminating perm odours. To do: Apply to damp hair after shampooing. Work through the hair, concentrating on the ends. Style as usual. Please note this salon size product does not come with a pump.
