At any given time there are 5-10 different bags of chips or nuts open in my house. We use chip clips, but they disappear, and break easily. I have a Foodsaver vacuum sealer, but it's a pain to get out every time you want to have some chips.This little guy is not only cute, but really did the job of sealing everything we wanted it to seal.I will say that it was not as easy to use as I thought it would be - you need to get the hang of how slow or fast go to across the bag based on the thickness / quality of the bag. It will burn holes right through anything if you don't move fast enough, and although it did seal a cheap grocery store bag for me when I needed to put raw chicken in a bag before throwing away, it took forever, and I do not recommend to use if for that purpose.As others have stated, the heating element is a little far back, which I don't like because it means you don't get to seal the bag as close to the top as I would like to. The cutting tool is even further back, so it's almost impossible to get the bag in far enough to cut it. It's a great concept, but would be better if it were put on the opposite side where it could be closer and easier to use.The instructions are not in English, which is annoying. It's a pretty intuitive item, but the instructions should be in English if selling in the US.I also do not like that it does not come with a charging cube. This seems to be the norm these days, and is extremely annoying, especially because cubes charge at different power and rates, and can ruin something if it is not rated for that cube.Overall I recommend this item, especially for the price ($9.99 before a 20% off coupon at the time of this review)
