It was all so good - packaging, all the attachments, how it looks & holds, sturdy quality, the flash light variety and all that jazz - all my excitement changed when I turned it on & my gosh! It is SO loud! Like a screechy hurts my ear loud! It worked fine, but I could NOT stand the high pitch sound!! I have used other handheld vacuums and none have this horrific sounding!(of note, I have 50% hearing loss in my right ear and I never think anything is loud / I don’t wear hearing aids - so for me to say this, I can’t imagine how someone with normal hearing has not put this in any of the reviews I read before purchasing it!)
