We love this cup! It is very well built and easy to clean. The straw pulls out and then separates so that it can also be cleaned easily. When it is closed it does not leak at all, but if the lid is left open it will leak. My 1-year old daughter is able to close the lid fully so that it locks shut, but she does have a little trouble pushing the button hard enough to open it. That said, I think it is actually perfect because we wouldn't want it to open too easily and leak. If you drop a couple of ice cubes in with the water, milk, juice, or whatever you put inside, it will stay ice cold for hours.This cup does come in 10 oz. size, which is what we have, and a 12 oz. size. The 10 oz. is great for now, but in a couple of months we will probably have to get the bigger one.My daughter has broken three or four other types of cups by dropping them from her high chair, but this cup can take a beating. I will be ordering a couple more for sure, including a 16 oz. for myself!
