Bought this for my daughter for school. Works very well for some things. If I heat up soup at 6:45 a.m., it's still very warm at noon when she gets lunch. Other things, like Mac and cheese, were only luke-warm. Overall, we're happy with it because it works well for soup, and she likes something warm every once in awhile to break up the monotony of cold lunches. I've tried two or three other thermoses, and this works the best.
