Purchased the Vac snd it is used daily due to having four German Shepherds. I bought a 2nd battery which was a game changer! A few days agotwo of the Shepherds played tug a war with the Vac breaking the extension pole. I thought i was back to using my shop vac(,yes it does a better job than the high power shop vac!. I looked online snd couldn't believe i found my part. The price was great and i had in in 36 hours! Vac, 2nd battery and replacement part and still under $200The last one I ordered had the pins that connect the power missing. I had ordered a new one because the pins are so delicate they bent. Well they sent one that did not have pins at all. This new one did.I tripped over my vacuum and broke it. Ordered replacement part and it works perfectDoes a decent job with pet hair on low-pile carpet, and is good on any floors. Great swivel head to get around tight spaces. It has plenty of battery life.It is also lightweight with great suction power. Absolutely love this vacuum! Worth the cost!So far I'm really impressed with this vacuum. Does a very good job vacuuming both tile and rugs. I like that the dirt cup is large that I can save more time on its job.I have a cat and a dog at home. They often shed their hair on the floor and carpet, which makes me need to clean it very day.
